Early-access privacy notice

What we collect

The early-access form collects your email address, professional role, plan interest, signup time and permission to send early-access emails. If you arrive through a campaign link, we also record its source, medium, campaign and content tags. We record a small set of anonymous interactions, such as opening the demo or early-access form, without advertising cookies. Please do not include personal information in campaign links.

How we use it

Esthetic Studio uses this information to manage its waitlist, send signup confirmations and beta availability updates, understand product demand and measure which campaigns bring relevant interest. Signing up does not create a paid account or guarantee a beta invitation.

Storage and access

Waitlist entries and anonymous interaction events are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are not published. Cloudflare and our transactional-email provider process limited information to operate the service. An hourly hash of the request IP address is used for submission limits and expires after the rate-limit window.

Your choices

Every confirmation includes a link that lets you leave the list. You can also request a copy or deletion of your signup details by emailing sam@estheticstudio.net from the address you used. We keep your entry while managing early access unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Advertising and media

This version does not load Meta or TikTok advertising pixels. Demo media can be viewed without signing up. Any future advertising tracking will require an updated notice and appropriate consent controls.
